KANON QUALITY:  All KANON products are thoroughly checked and tested at the factory before shipment. The accuracy of each tool is as stated in the specifications of each model.

 The necessity to periodically calibrate your tool is not covered by warranty.

Hand tool durability is based on repeated use tests over a minimum of 100, 000 cycles by a durability testing machine. For warranty terms, click WARRANTY tab above.

Contact OESS for a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to returning any product/s. OESS is not responsible for any product returned without such authorization.

All merchandise should be returned in its original packaging. Failure to do so, may result in additional re-packaging fees.

20% re-stocking fee will apply to tools returned without defects within 30 days of delivery date. 

50% re-stocking fee will apply to preset tools returned without defects within 30 days of delivery date.

**If you made a mistake placing an order for preset tool, please contact us via email kanon@oess.com or phone (201) 585-8111 as soon as possible. Orders will be processed after 5 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST will be processed the following day. After orders are processed, you may not be able to cancel your order and will be charged a restocking fee.

All refunds will be issued by company a  check.
