A: Items that are in stock, usually ship the day of the order or the following day. Items that are not in stock, may take up to 7-10 business days to ship. Custom preset tools take between 10-14 business days to ship.

A: Yes. Every tool comes with an application that can be submitted directly to the manufacturer to receive a Calibration Certificate free of charge. You may also
contact us with your order ID number to request a calibration certificate. Calibration Certificate request may delay your order. Items that are in stock may require the end user to submit application to the manufacturer directly.
